Your identity and venue address remain confidential until a booking is confirmed, viewing is requested, or you choose to share this information earlier in your communication with clients. We do not require your GST number or business identification number. Anyone is welcome to create a listing.
After publishing a listing, it’ll be in a pending state until you successfully verify your identity, and we approve your listing. Once the verification is successful, your listing becomes active and guests can book your place. It’s a simple process.Â
Hosts with Rent & Event can calculate their own earnings and get paid by sending payout requests to the admins. The Dashboard provides an overview of all completed reservations and payments. When you initiate a payout request the request will be processed within 24 hours to your designated account.
