To make the renting process as straightforward and unobtrusive as possible for Hosts, we do not disclose full venue addresses. All communication is conducted through our secure internal messaging system until a booking is finalized. After a booking is confirmed, Hosts are responsible for conducting viewings and maintaining communication with renters, ensuring a positive experience. They are also entirely responsible for resolving any issues that may occur during the rental period.
